You are one of the people that need to read EVERYTHING. You do realize Wikia is moving stuff to their side now don't you? Which is why the ffxiclopedia side is touchy, hell yesterday Wikia fucked up the DNS and that's why the root kept auto-refreshing itself. But no, it has nothing to do with this thread, the move is in motion.

I read 40 pages of the original calling out thread, 20 pages of this thread and then gave up. 60 pages of e-lawyers and repetition was enough. Considering the threats and hatred towards ffxiclopedia I'm sure its not completely impossible the site is down because of any reason other than the move. However unlike you who appears to be omniscient when it comes to the internet, I can not say for sure either way whether it is the move or outside influences.

It can't have been from outside influences, unless u have root access to their server <<;. And I mean as admin of that server, not just admin of the wiki.

Taking down a site means mingling with the source, or error with the source, either of which can happen during a move to a different server.

The importance of this needs to be highlighted, especially as it debunks pretty much the entire ZAM thread.

I thought I read the whole thing, but I missed that part, unless that counts as SE contract information and was removed before I got a chance to read it.

That actually makes it even more ironic, $6000 a year pays the estimated figure of at least one, if not 2 servers and they had 9k to pay for whatever was left. Unless of course they were spending that money elsewhere to keep the site up, but domain names couldn't cost that much.

Ganiman is pretty dumb. It'd be easy to spin a nice tale to safe face with 80% of the community. Only place where his reputation is tarnished without exception is here on BG because we're actually intelligent enough to be cynical. But he could easily come back from this with a nice lie such as:
