Not sure if this is the right place to post it, I remember seeing a program that allowed you to explore alll the zones in the .dats and such, can anyone link me to this?

I tried http://www.geocities.jp/bonetosale/ but its all in japanese and when I try to run the program I get a error message in gibberish :X
