He was resisting the whole time. If he would of just gone with the police like they ask after his little heroic questioning that wasn't even his own orginal thoughts there wouldn't of been a problem. I don't really see the issue.

"I believe I could have handled the situation without interruption," Kerry said in a statement issued Tuesday, "but again I do not know what warnings or other exchanges transpired between the young man and the police prior to his barging to the front of the line and their intervention."

He forces his way to the front, starts rambling on and on, is told to stop, refused to stop, and is surprised when the police move in on him, and then surprised AGAIN that what he's doing is considered resisting arrest? If he didn't resist the cops they probably would have held him there while Kerry answered the question.

Actually he didn't really do anything to anger the police and they were totally out of line. He asked a rather long question and raised his voice but it is justified, Kerry is a public servant not the other way around, the kid was being arrested for nothing, they are violating the first amendment. I will link to a full version of the video bellow.

In the news artical they stated why they started arresting the kid which is COMPLETE bullshit.

If you watch the video as soon as the microphone is cut off he doesn't even do anything and is instantly pulled to the away.

I think he got what he deserved for resisting arrest but before that all started Kerry said it was fine so they should of left him alone seriously! Thats so bullshit!
