Because melee jobs are just.. melee jobs, pre-[whatever], and kitting out your job only becomes an issue once your job actually distinguishes itself from the others. DRK and WAR are going to wear the exact same thing (with very few exceptions) for a long time.
But really, the Max?Joey? guide says how to gear yourself for any level: Haste then ACC then Attack then weasels and whatnot.
I was happy with it since I had no fucking clue what to tell the BF to buy for his feet -- 'cause once I hit 52 I had shoes for a long-ass time. Stupid WAR.
