Honestly I dont think even nomura knows the story. They just thought of something and went with it but I hope birth by sleep clears up some major things for the new kingdom hearts after these 3 games. Also 'Organization 14" doesn't sound right anyways so maybe they just killed the little bitch off in 358/2

Only thing that makes sense, unless it's a completely new character.
