My list is kinda DD-oriented. It's made of items that change your overall performance (damage, accuracy) in a noticeable way.

Black Belt and Byakko's Haidate are to me the 2 items that change your DD the most. They don't have alternatives even close to them.

Kraken is great for RNG and DRK, if you have the gears to make it efficient.

Adaberk, well not much to say, stats are awesome.

Kinda surprised nobody listed HQ Haubergeon. It's (one of) the best item for this slot for SAM WAR and DRK, after Adaberk. And knowing that most WARs and DRKs will never get an Adaberk...

Brutal earring is hot for all DD jobs.

HQ Snipers are great for 1H and H2H...Most 2-handers probably switched to Rajas+STR after the patch, but Snipers and especially HQ are the best rings for accuracy setups for people who wanna use attack food (Mars' and Divisor rings are better but aren't *widely* available).

Ridill is, just like Kraken, great if you have the gear to support it.

Red curry is also one of the game-breaking items IMO.

Shura Togi is to MNKs what the Haubergeon (+1) is to SAMs. I'm lucky enough to have a HQ one, and it's one of these very few items that change your DD performance a lot.
