SE should have said they were a secret sect or something that appeared and then disappeared after the war. That way they could cover the fact that the job was never talked about in any npc conversation.

SE could add conversation things to NPCs to give them backstory. Who's to say they didn't do the same with the Zilart jobs?

true, but as Auspice mentioned, noone had reason of mentioning ToA jobs because aht Urhgan refused to particerpate in the Crystal War. However in a update I'd guess they'd add NPCs for each new job, like how they added the PUP in Bastok, and the 4 Wildcat warpers in each city
