As far as the Terminals go, you have to spam through the messages (both before and after the "corrupt") until the screen says "Fragment Ends" to get credit for it. One terminal deviates from this, so just keep mashing A after the corruption and get to the last screen before you exit from it.

On the topic of Halo spin-offs, I wouldn't mind another Halo: CE game played as the other Marines on Halo doing other shit described in the second book. With Halo 3 graphics, and the exact same super-pistol as the original, it'd be a lot of fun, and it could be set up like a mission setting like Tom Clancy games.

Also, camping with shotgun is lame as hell. Hence why professional matches don't have radar because if there's anything worse than losing it's losing to someone who pressed on their right thumbstick waiting for that red dot to pop up on their radar. Btw Epical what's your GT or just add me, iQuench.

edit: Don't take my post wrong, camping with shotgun is really efficient if you're patient and shit but it really ruins the spirit of the game. One of my friends got 48 in TS today and I was talking to him about it and he says the only problem he encounters are campers. (i.e. camping a room waiting for that red dot to come strolling into the room the other person thinks is clear)

Sounds awfully like the Epic Games feud w/ Microsoft over how they handled the extra content for Gears of War (Epic wanted it free, Microsoft wanted to charge, Epic got pissed off). The only difference really is that Epic isn't owned by Microsoft.

I think you misunderstood what he was refering to. Basically in a TS game the four players would take control of the underground where the shotgun spawns and hold it and it is really key to winning that map. It's really no different than a halo 2 team taking control of pink tower on midship.

I don't have the manual or anything with my copy of Halo3, so can anyone tell me how you use items like a Portable shield and such that you pick up? I always seem to get them but can't deploy them.

If you played Halo 2, you'll figure it out really quickly when you try to reload or board a car. (X, like he said). When I first got the game, I immediately started playing online, and my first 5 minutes involved me either not reloading or throwing an object down to my continued surprise.

Just dont get too camp happy with all of ur friends in there... theres a power drain that spawns in the base opposite of the camp that if it gets tossed in almost everyone in there is screwed if theres each entry covered.

I fucking hate rocket matches with a passion. I used to feel the same way about swords, but I find them fun and interesting now that you can "clash."

I watched a friend of mine get into sword fight with someone else, they parried each others hits over 5 times before I snuck in for the cheap kill. Two on two hammers is pretty fun too if you work well with your partner.
