Seriously, why is Rex still playing? I mean, at some point leaving him out there is going to totally destroy his confidence (if it hasn't already)

Thanks
And yeah wow @ grossman it's like... ok they booed him for making the smart play... so he makes a huge 3rd down run and marches straight down the field to a touchdown, ok gj guy.
Then... he just goes completely retarded and destroys any hope they had left...
Rex Grossman is the class of the league.
Wait, you think I was serious?
Fuck grossman, look at dallas dropping 30+ on the dallas D on the road. Holy shit lol. Id say they may be 3rd best team in league.
6.9 ypc against the bears defense for MB3 :D :D :D :D if ever there was a measuring stick for an offense its the bears and boy did we pass with flying colors. i can only imagine how good of a game it would have been if they had a real qb in chicago.
edit:well in 3 weeks they play the BEST team in the NFL, i dont expect them to beat the patriots but it will be a good chance to see how well dallas stacks up against the absolute best.Originally Posted by Tyche

But the Super Bowl between Cowboys and Pats is going to be a hell of a game. And honestly, I give the edge to Dallas because while Brady is like a shrewd businessman that always keeps his cool and gets the job done damn well no matter what, Romo is pretty much a kid living in a fantasy world that I don't think has even realized just where he's at in the world. And while they each have one of the best possible toys for a kid playing this game, I don't think Brady looks at it quite that way.
The Cowboys are definitely passing with flying colors, though their offense hit a snare at the start. Gotta remember, the score was 20-10 before the pick, and then they got that last TD to make it 34-10, so the Bears had already quit by then.
Either way, I can't wait for the Pats/Cowboys game. You nailed it right on the head. Brady is a businessman who gets the job done. Romo is a kid living his fantasy.
Still think the colts are better than the pats. Other than beating, what we can all assume is an overrated chargers team, they haven't done anything impressive other than high scoring. Dallas been putting up other 30 against the best D in the NFL, and one of the best D's at miami in the past 5 years. All I know is those three teams are making the NFL look like pop warner.
looks like the sleeping giant in philly woke up today too. forget about mcnabb to curtis, westbrook looked like an absolute beast! all on a banged up knee, hes steadily becoming one of the scariest players in the league.
Soooo... 27 games since the Steelers have let a RB get 100 yards against them. :D
yeah westbrook at the press conference was great, got no neck but he's sure got mcnabb's back!![]()
As a Pats fan, I'm actually more worried about facing the Steelers in December than I am about Dallas. I think that Steeler game, and Indy in Indy are the two toughest games the Pats have left on their schedule. Good thing I've got tickets to the game against the Steelers 8)Originally Posted by Anyway
You forget they played against the Detroit Lions. I love how the Lions has been a lot more aggressive with both their offense and defense, but they aren't exactly the team to prove yourself against.Originally Posted by tyven

I was thinking the same thing too. If this happened the last week of 06' no one would have been praising the Eagles. This was supposed to happen. Especially when the Lions lost their best defensive back to Denver.Originally Posted by Daahan
Also forgot to mention that Jacksonville finally proved that Denver is probably the most overrated team in the league. Only the chargers could probably make a bigger case.

Philly has some serious weapons in their lineup(such as westbrook and kevin curtis...god damn he's one fast cracker), they just have to utilize them like they did against the Lions and stop making stupid decisions like throwing a bomb on 1st and 10 from their own 20 yard line.
brian westbrook was making plays yesterday that no one has seen since marshall faulk was playing. LT might be the best player in football (at least going into this season) but ive never seen him make the kind of cuts and jukes westbrook was making. the guy can stop on a dime and then just explode to full speed. yea the eagles were supposed to beat the giants, and yea maybe they were supposed to win big, but that doesnt make westbrooks performance any less impressive he broke dozens of tackles and outmaneuvered an entire team for 3 quarters till he left the game. he probably wont be able to find that kind of success against teams with a strong front 7 or a good defensive scheme, i.e. ravens, bears, steelers, but i stand by my opinion that hes becoming one of the most dangerous offensive weapons in football.
lol, Indy's not quite New York, cool peoples there.Originally Posted by Boyiee
I disagree, I think Jacksonville just proved that they have one of the best defense in the league, particularly against the run. Also, if you watched Raiders vs Broncos, I'm honestly amazed Lamont Jordan did as well as he did this week, he and Henry both just beat the living shit out of themselves in the 2nd half.Originally Posted by Deejay
