Ok so how did USA sneak up with all this quality television... I mean kinda had Wings which was funny but meh. Lately it seems all their shows are on fire. Psych, Monk, Burn Notice.. I mean they are all great shows and now they are getting Law and Order CI to switch from one of the major networks to a cable only channel. Thats huge!

PS: I just realized I dont really know who owns USA network...

Network executives are afraid to take a chance on anything new. Take a look the shows coming up this season, it seems that the bulk of the ones being advertised are about rich people, their antics, and why we (the poors) should care about them. And this is why the only shows on network TV that I care about anymore are Supernatural, Without a Trace, and Criminal Minds. Everything else I watch are cable channels.

I like Psych better than Burn Notice, but they're probably the only two TV shows I was actually watching in the last couple of months.. thank god for House and Heroes coming back.

Having to wait till next summer is so god damn annoying. Its such a well written and acted show.

Cable has been really owning network for quality new shows the past few years. And from what little I've seen for the next network season, I think its going to continue.
