Do you seriously think they'd add 2 new weapon skills to sword alone? It couldn't even be Nyzul weapons since the dude's using a Joyeuse while the PLD is using a completely different sword (which looks like a Cermet sword), I bet they just re-designed the existing WS's graphic and perhaps added a new WS for each weapon; the ones in the video do remind me of how a revisited Red Lotus Blade and idk, Spirit Within (or eventually an unreleased one), would look like, dunno though.

weapon type weapon skills? Iunno, they might have made them vary depending on the type of sword. You know, Rapier gets one special, while broad sword gets one special?

IMO: They had the spell effect animations done, But not the rest of it. So they dat swapped Fast Blade to show off the effect.

Remember they had a Summoner with a Scythe in a video not too long ago? I wouldn't read TOO much into these animation frames.
