    you know how many light heavyweights there are? rashad evans, tito, bisping, list is pretty big. jardine will have to fight someone before he gets a title shot, should be a while before rampage has to defend.

    So sad I had rested my hopes on shogun to take the belt from rampage too. ; ;

    Yes, but none of those fighters are ranked in the top 10 (arguably Ortiz).

    was just reading and apparently forrest now breaks in for a title shot, since Shogun was planned to be the #1 contender, since he was ranked #1 light heavyweight in the world (prior to losing). Joe Silva will have to be making some matches to clear up this confusion now. Looks like no Liddell v. W. Silva now.

    It's about time though that someone upset chuck this badly (the other losses do not compare to losing to jardine) to show him to take this more seriously or gtfo. This sport has improved so much he cannot be drinking when he has a match the next day.

    Jardine wouldn't be up next for a shot anyways, he got his ass handed to him by Houton Alexander. Ranking this sport is so hard and with these last few fights the ranking is so mixed up.

    I wish they would let Jardine fight Rampage. I would pay just to watch Ol' Rampage break him in half. I personally want to see a Rampage vs. Silva. Maybe he can finally get a win against him.

    I'm really excited about the Rich Franklin fight coming up on October 20th. The way he lost the Anderson the last fight was kinda disappointing. Pulling for Franklin for this bout.

    As for the Heavyweight division. Randy Couture should be happy that Dana White hasn't been able to Sign Fedor Emelianenko. Screw Bodog fighting! When he comes to the UFC, it's over for the Heavyweights .

    Well, with the way the PRIDE fighters have been going, Coutoure should dominate him! :D

    Anderson Silva and Rampage are Pride fighters! And really it's not just Pride fighters getting dominated it's all top fighters like Pierre, Franklin, Hughes, Liddell....

    Fedor on the otherhand is in a different league, he's never lost, has a better gameplan then anyone else and the UFC game should improve his strengths unlike Crocop/Shogun...

    Fedor's technically lost once even though it was in a tournament and it from a cut from a previous fight.

    Yeah but it was from a technicality that someone had to move on. The cut was from an illegal elbow strike anyways.
