    Anyone can confirm if it's +105 or +75..

    I'd say on the contrary that it might be +105

    * During Full Moon Only: Agility +2
    * During Full Moon Only: Charisma +7

    During full moon you get DEX+2 AGI+2 CHR+10 from this subligar, used this on bst, had a brd confirm the +10chr the other day.

    Storm loop "Attack+5 Assault: Attack+10" is only +10 in assault... I would assume the mantle is only 75 as well.
