They just wind up with slightly larger MP pools, hit a little harder, and can maybe take another hit or three. They'll still be silencing crabs, casting worthless buffs like Aquaveil, Hasting only themselves, and otherwise just being morons when in the majority of all situations, it will be the PC with the mob's attention and dealing the majority of the hurt on our foes.
They should implement FF12's gambit system for NPCs.
