If i was stacking Att+ gear i would have Armada Celata, Acc/Att neck, Armada Mufflers, 1 Flame Ring, Swordbelt +1 and Amir Boots.

I don't use Homam for the simple reason that i don't have them, so those are the best alternatives, and forgive me for having Onyx Cuisses, want me to use Adaman Breeches instead?

That's dumb. Great Sword already out-DoTs scythe, it's the fact that Guillotine is so much damn stronger than SS that puts Scythe over Great Sword in most merit situations. So why give Scythe a WS that's so similar to SS? So they can like . . . not use it, and spam Guillotine still?

Giving DRK a multi-hit GS WS is stupid too, though. Not that I'd complain if I got one. x_x It just doesn't make any sense (we've got already SS, which is incredibly consistent, and Sickle Moon, which, believe it or not, can be deadly if used with 300% and Souleater, though over time that's dumb as using any WS with 300% TP is).

See as it stands I use Great Sword fulltime and only use Scythe for making Darkness so we're on opposite sides of the spectrum.

In my experience (e.g., many, many parses), my Great Sword has always done more than Scythe would have. I do have 8/8 merits in it, and no merits in Scythe, though.

I doubt it would be a dancer buff. Dancer doesn't seem like the kind of job that would give buffs. For those that consider the Tactics universe meaningful, Dancer was a debuffer. For those that consider only the main series, Dancer was a DD. No matter which camp you're in, Dancer has never buffed.
