Easily. A titan is worth roughly 10k each, so once we kill this one, that's 3 titans and 6 or so supers plus the retarded amounts of normal caps.

I'm kind of surprised that we didn't kill more supers before killing that titan at the end. Apparently some bro in BL scanned that titan down and got the hero tackle.

All i heard was PL jumped a titan that accidently jumped instead of bridged. Next thing everyone knew, every com said, "alls supers, caps, and titans log on"

We were just starting our op when we got turned around and refitted for this.

DBRB hit jump instead of Bridge. Wow ya, that 2900 player fight was over the wrong click.

These kind of large scale skirmishes is why eve got my curiosity, and Im glad I got to kill in one of those fights even non-eve players read up on.

It was enough for me to take a break from printing isk to hop on an alt and cruise over there. Gimp Hurricane and got podded quicklike. Biggest space rave ever with lasers and missiles exploding everywhere.

I have some great pics to post when i get home tonight. When we hit that last titan, tidi started to suck less, so i put my graphics back to awesome.

As a non-EVE player, yeah when stuff like this happens it gets my attention and temps me with trying EVE again. Thankfully the temptation doesn't last for more than a moment or so before my senses catch up with me.

Even still, I can't think of major events like this that happen that grab the attention of non-players of the game. Like you never hear about non-wow players talking about whoever got a world first kill or something. I think it says a lot about EVE when CCP is able to make a game where stuff like this is general gaming news. It's pretty awesome.
