    Journeyman

Not sure if enough people saw it to make a separate topic (or it will live inside Heroes), or if I just missed it.

Those that saw it what did you think? I loved Quantum Leap back in the day, and this seems like a new take on QL, but with real life consequence as well. I really like the way he proved to his wife what went on as well.

It looks like it'll be a good show, like you said, "Quantum Leap with real life consequences." The way he proved he wasn't crazy was well done too.

I'm going to be watching it Mondays at 10 now, I don't think theres really any competition anyway, is there?

Yea, loved the ending part too. Question is, how is he gonna prove to other people? Will they believe his wife? How's he gonna keep his job? >.>a What's his ex-gf doing in it all too?!? I missed the first 15 minutes Anything important?

Good to know, in case it ever happens to me!

The ending was pretty good, the show really confuses me though.

What I really liked yesterday though was Chuck... I thought it was pretty funny (and it looks interesting too, heh..)

I really enjoyed it... I thought it was really interesting how Livia (dead fiance) actually didn't die and never crashed on the plane (she obviously time traveled before plane went down)... it seems like that will be part of the bigger story. It was a great show and had a solid emotional ending...

I assumed Chuck was going to be awful (directed by McG lol... give me a break, get a real name)... it was extremely well done for a television show, looked pretty high budget and was surprisingly well-written.

I need to check the show out for sure. The promos I saw running on TV were pretty interesting but I assumed it would suck. I'm definitely checking it out next week.

    Re: Journeyman

Chuck has potential... Journeyman will either suck or be a huge hit, depending on what that time travelling shit actually is... for a season premiere though, they were both very well done.

I kinda liked the show from what I saw. I will definitely need to watch it again cause I was only half paying attention which doesn't really seem to work with this show.

Finally found and watched the first episode. Loved it. I want to see more, and especially know what is up with him and the other time travelers...

I thought it was great. I think it's stupid that lots of people are comparing it to Quantum Leap and complaining about it without watching, it's really not very similar to QL :/

I absolutely loved this show. It held my interest throughout and the ending was awesome. You guys know you can watch the full premiere at nbc.com right?

Just watched it tonight and it was better than expected, if it keeps up this one kickass Monday lineup. The twist at the end and *spoiler*

his wife finding out he wasn't delusional (or at least exploring that though) was a nice touch.

I don't know I thought it was pretty similar in the fact that they both time travel and then try to influence past events so that there is a better future outcome. While there is no Ziggy or Al, QL didn't have hardly any current story line which this does.

I realize you weren't directing that at me since I wasn't complaining, but felt the need to point that out

Yeah, so I finally downloaded and watched it... I was positively suprised. Especially the episode's ending was awesome.
Looking forward to the next episode.

I think it's really well made compared to lots of the shit that makes it onto TV now. I'm definitely going to keep watching it.

    Re: Journeyman

I like the premise, but the thing that is worrying me this show will end up like Daybreak, cool idea, smoking hot girl (Moon Bloodgood <3) was in Daybreak also, now in Journeyman too

Im hoping the show starts answering some ?'s or the audience will surely leave, cant keep audiences waiting with re-hashed back/forth bits without giving clues to who? what? when? where? why?

I loved the chase scence due to the counterfeit bill (present day $), and the cop chasing him = his brother, roffles

Next week looks like something big will take effect, not the '89 earthquake, more of the choice hes got to make
