Emulator (Mimic?)
calling bullshit just because "DAN" sounds wrong
should be DNC or DCR or something
Someone mentioned this in my LS as well several hours ago since he's Japanese. He got his info from a Japanese FFXI forum that also cited Famitsu.
The abbreviations are the following:
DAN - Dancer
EMU - Elemental User (Elementalist?)
TMM - Time Mage
MDC - Medicer (Chemist?)
Just take it with a grain of salt. Even the other members in my LS were kind of doubtful. I'm skeptical as well until it's proven true or false.
Surprised nobody said "POIDH" yet. I sense 'bs', but you never know.
I looked up on FF Compendium and didn't find any jobs that could match with EMU or MDC. ~.~ Odd, indeed. Emulator sounds quite like a good shot though, heh. =)Originally Posted by Rocl
Wouldn't elementalist be essentially what black mage is currently?Originally Posted by Aselin
not necessarily... could be FFXI's GEO as PUP was FFXI's Necromancer and COR ffxi's GamblerOriginally Posted by Myrle

An LS member made the same joke.Originally Posted by Myrle

So, I'm calling this fake at the moment.

If this is true...
Dancer
Emulator? (emulate dead or other abilities somehow?)
Time Mage
Medic? (kind of like chemist?)
I dunno... I thought there were only going to be three jobs. Not that I'm complaining.
Bearded Hume as SMN = Win beyond words
Why would Famitsu print NA abbreviations? How could they have those but not the JP ones? I'll check the latest Famitsu, but this sounds weird. Where is the forum?
I thought SE said they were only adding 2 new jobs?
