I've had a thorough search through these forums and over KI and I can't find much info on this.
How exactly does maintenance affect ToDs?
How long after Maint do Tiamat/Cerberus/Khimaira windows open?

21 hour NMs like Shikigami Weapon, Bo'Who (Tortoise Shield), Centurio (Intruder Earring), etc pop almost exactly 21 hours after maintenance

21-24 hour NMs like Simurgh, Roc, King Arthro, old Ground Kings have windows that open right after maintenance.

My LS does not camp the CoP Wyrms or the new AU HNMs, so I really can't say on those.

I don't suppose anyone would happen to know how this affects Noble Mold? Seems whenever I decide to camp that thing there's a maintenance.

Not really, more like 20 hours; but it depends on SE and varies. Last maintenance Centurio popped 20:12 after maintenance "ended." Maintenance ending and the time when players can log in are not the same.

fix "maintenance" to "Servers up". and realize Servers Up =/= Players log in and you're golden.

Just because servers are up does not mean you are logged in; so while you may have only been there for 20 hours servers have been active and online for 21.
