Dorp IV: Dorps has a flavor

Kinda same question as loren, for all you Nyzulers, are you going to 100 -> wipe -> start over for 100% drop or just lucky?

So far our group is 5/8 warping out at floor 100 with TH 3. (3 Askar, 2 Denali, Goliard Prz!) So I'm thinking we've just been lucky with our drops. Though we've gone 5/5 when teleporting/using a warp scroll to get out, and 0/3 when using firefly's; so lately we have decided the longer wait for whoever is the disk holder to run back has been worth the 100% drop rate we've been getting.

wait i don't understand, if you warp the disk holder so the data doesn't get erased (i think this is how it goes before boss kill) the drop rate is no longer 100%?

Yep. it is only 100% if the disk holder stays and has his data erased.

Ran to Gustav after maintenance randomly, instead of what i intended to camp. Upon exiting the tunnel to Bune, i see a dead Paladin, and an unclaimed wyvern. I engage it as RDM/NIN and a crowd forms around me. A "little" while later...

Are you people erasing your Nyzul disk to get weapon + helmet, or is there a chance to get both when doing the firefly trick?

We erased at 100, but also have a second disc at floor 81. Not sure yet whether folks want to take the erased disc back up for a guaranteed weapon that can be systematically parsed, or if we're just going to move to another event. Might depend on results of second disc 100 run.
