CNN Article - Hacking MMOs

Nothing astounding but on the front page of CNN.com today (I don't think it has been posted yet and I don't think it's old). Some mentions about the legal repercussions of hacking games also WoW Epic Mounts get mentioned; although no reference to Craig's List prostitution for said mount unfortunately.

I saw that just now. CNN first on my list of browsing. Liked how they mentioned that players who buy new accounts after being banned are a source of profit for a MMO. Not that some MMOs don't form special groups to perform said service of ban/re-ban to keep the money flowing.

I dunno, as long as they keep reinventing new technologies to combat hacking people will keep using those new technologies to their advantages, although I can see the concern considering it's leaking into the real world market.

Well, considering that most programming on any cable news channel is little more than tabloid journalism (or loud people with opinions being loud), this story is a refreshing change of pace.
