And, just to humor him... were you logging in Hediva Isle? I've never been there myself, I can only assume that would be the place a Bhoot and Bird could spawn near each other, because I've never seen anything like that.

I wanna Take my BST out there and see what can Happen...My Blm did do some Dmg on him before he killed me...So Im thinking if that Bhoot isnt around I could charm a bird Nearby and Killed that Ugly Birdy!!!

Seems moderately close. It neatly explains why we haven't seen it, as logging in mire isn't a popular pastime. It also seems reasonable as the other NMs from the same patch required interaction with the environment in some form.

Okay Guys on Garuda it had a logging Point at H-10 Dvucca Isle Staging Point...Hope this helps anyone out...And I actually lived this time
