i had a suspicion about that being a dat mod... nicely done though. ^^

honestly, i doubt it's an assault drop. let's look at all the other assault drops. all the storm stuff. the sanguine sword. divisor ring. all R/EX. the sanguine sword was originally not, and SE ninja patched it to be R/EX iirc. the birdman cape, however, is not R/EX so i don't buy that it's a drop from there.
