Advice on stolen account (FL+ related)

Yah, that's why I was asking about how the guys who lost their accounts got it back. I know the CC and address were changed, so they must have made an exception.

I keep getting this Joel guy, who keeps telling me that you need to varify ALL 5 information, and there's nothing they can do.

When I had my info changed I needed PoL ID, my name, first 4 digits of my card (and it wasn't even my current card), last 4 digits of my card and my reg codes.

Yah, I did ask to speak to his supervisor. He said the supervisor wasn't available, and then just kept saying "I have to terminate this call now". I couldn't even get him to queue me up to talk to the supervisor. I don't understand how they can still pretend like I'm the only one having this problem even though they posted a patch to FL+. If they know there's a problem I'd imagine they would try to help people who got burned instead of asking us to fuck off.

You have probably annoyed 'Joel' with the repeated calls, so he isn't being cooperative. I can imagine that this little stunt has made them have to really work instead of surf the web all day, which doesn't help their mood either. Wait a few hours, and try calling back.

Yes, actually it was because it pretty much proper fucks the people who havent gotten the issue remedied yet and potentially fucks them over worse.

Ya, I should have changed my PW when they released the FL+ suspension notice. However, I usually don't read those random patch notes they do on PoL and FL+, so that completely eluded me.
