Actually, I don't think he's too terribly far off base. During the beta and the time period shortly after beta, Maotut and later Sage Sundi were very active in community forums and not only did game play concerns get addressed fairly quickly, but they actually responded to make their presence known. For about two years between then and now, however, they have been noticeably absent. Not only did they tend to not communicate directly with the player base (or even the site managers), but very very few of the communities' concerns were addressed. In the last few months, however, they seem to have made a return, and we're actually seeing stuff fixed. It would be nice if they interacted more directly like they once did; however, I'll be happy with just getting shit fixed.

He doesn't know any of mine, and mine are different for every forum and game I play; and before I give them to anyone (friends paying for my account for birthdays, etc), I change them; and then I change them again later.

Mine are all derived in a fashion that would be pretty implausible to guess or randomize.

What reason did she have to not be defensive or hostile? Seriously, the answer to your question was pretty much (or at least I thought it was) common knowledge.

I'm pretty sure I'd react the same way if that was my name instead of hers.

Leave this issue to the mods and the people involved. If anything happened they'd know what to do better than you would.
