12 Teams in ours as well. I'm thinking he had off weeks with his other W/T and was hoping for a big return. He's got 1 point so far though, Crosby has 5. I did all the points by guess, but I think we're pretty close. I wish I had someone in my league on the BG side who could see points.
Just wondering why you all seem to have shitty players starting.
What's so shitty about my team lol. Romo is top 3 QB this year, steve smith is a beast, Buress is having a crazy year, larry johnson is a flop, marshall is starting because andre johnson (also a crazy good WR) is injured. Vernon Davis is injured, so I have to start donald lee. I had miami DEF but dropped them because it turns out they suck despite being tops in the NFL for past 5+ years, so I kind of just got stuck with indi, who hasn't really been doing too bad.
Steve smith was a beast.Originally Posted by Tyche

It's ok for a 12 man league. What was your position in draft?
His first 2 games were very very good. His last 2...those were bad. He's still a damn good reciever, just needs a QB to throw him the ball >.>
He doesn't have one, and won't until he forces himself out to a better team (plz plz plz plz plz come to TN - I'M BEGGING). I'm betting you took him high with Fitz/Boldin/Possibly Wayne/Tj Hous on the board?
My team got autodrafted (draft day was changed and I found out a day late), i just had to do moves for the team i currently have. Just dumped off larry johnson in a trade...now he will have the most disgusting 2nd half of the season ever.

Putting him in a situation where opposing teams are *more* worried about the deep ball would probably actually hurt him, as with more safeties over the top and whatnot, he'd have to break an extra tackle or 2 in order to make the same plays.
Having 2 ridiculous short pass possession receivers works out reeeally well for Boldin, I think.
I started Hester and every single player on my bench is on a Bye, including my starting kicker. None of which were worth dropping.Originally Posted by Weltall
Choosing fantasy players is "go big or go home" as far as i'm concerned. Having a backup TE/WR wouldnt have really meant a damn if im relying on a lucky 4-6 catches. A KR/PR only needs one big play.
This year has been pretty nasty as far as injuries go. Add in bye weeks and in a 12 man league a lot of times you're going to have to start some pretty poor players.
I've been pretty lucky as far as injuries go. I started Joseph Addai today, who ended up not playing, but I still think I'm going to win the week. 5-0 here I come! I think this is my best FF start I've ever had.

I believe so.
Still dunno if I won tonight though. Did Hester do anything? I didn't pay much attention.
Hester will never do anything on offense for you. He can't run routes, he can't seperate(even with his speed), the Bears have the worst QB situation the in NFL, and their running game draws no attention whatsoever. Drop him and get someone else.Originally Posted by Akiyama
On top of ALL that, Hester is a defensive player too. He won't be on the field for half the plays, or will he? I don't see too much Bears football.
Goooooooooooooooooooooooooo BEARS
Well, I suppose the Eagles completely handed the Packers a game, so I shouldn't feel -too- bad about completely handing the Bears a game.
...ok, now I feel a tiny bit better...I guess.
Last play in that game kind of made me laugh, with Brett Favre tying the all time interception record, even though I was rooting for Green Bay.
Trent Greenhopefully he hangs it up after that, cant even imagine what his family goes through after that hit last year, and the hit today. puts the texan player (travis johnson?) in an awkward position because the block green was trying to throw was reeaaal low, and he had every right to be pissed about it, but he showed a complete lack of class after he mocked green who was laying there knocked out and then attacked him again in the post game interview.
