AF Storylines
Let me just say, I'm going to be very strict here. Sorry if it comes off as rude, but I'm just trying to make this the best wiki possible.
Okay, I can't play every job to 51, so I'm going to need assistence with AF questlines, and perhaps ToAU Genkei 5 quests too.
If you want to lend me a hand, I have to request you be so detailed and not leave anything out. I want to read your post/PM and feel like I've just done all those quests. This means, if you haven't done those quests in 3 years and don't feel like running to your local goblin footprint and bard, perhaps this isn't for you.
What's important:
-Character names and who they are.
-Important details like organizations, events, and anything being explained to their fullest capacity.
-Don't be afraid to spoil the storyline.
-The actual plot.
PMs and posts can both work. Probably would prefer PMs, but whatever is cool. BLM and RDM storylines are not a problem as I understand those
.

Re: AF Storylines
Not written by me, but Kkel made a great writeup of the DRG AF storyline in Elmer's Dragoon job profile thread.

Re: AF Storylines
If I did all of the AF in one sitting, it'd be quite the long post, so I'll just start with the first BLU AF. Anyone, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong on these, since I'm going off of old screenshots and the cutscenes in Whitegate.
When you hit 40, you speak to Waoud, the man who originally started your BLU unlocking quest. He gives you the option to see your fate, which you then select. You're brought, once again, into a strange room with Raubahn watching over you. He tells you that you're "no longer empty," and are finally starting to have power. To "search" for more power, you are sent to the five staging points, except Nyzul (which didn't exist at the time). You're to speak to the Immortal Guards there, which usually oversee Assault.
After you speak to the guards, the Hume Female seems not entirely sane, you go back and speak to Waoud, who once again sends you to Raubahn. He says that you are still not strong enough, but sends you off with a shiny new sword.
I'd like to note, at this point, the player has no idea who Waoud is, though Raubahn is mentioned before as his position of command of the Immortals through the Missions more than BLU AF. The only information you know at this point is that Waoud tested you to make you go get "some item" from the west to "test" you, and he is also your connection to Raubahn.

I'll continue if you'd like me to, I don't know if I'm doing this properly.

Re: AF Storylines
I'd also like to mention that each of the Immortals you talk to casts a Blue Magic attack on you and brands you. (I think the brands are the 5 serpents, Galeserpent, etc... but I don't remember 100%).
It seems that they aren't holding back with these spells and wouldn't mind killing you. (Read the text in the 3rd screenshot to see what I mean.)
