I run a FX-62 and two 8800 ultras and I get around 30-40 fps normally, 20-30 in firefights, 10-15 when the nukes hit

Wow, fuck that, lol. I guess when a nuke goes off on my PC, my computer will actually look like a nuke went off inside.

Hate to necro/bump this, but I'm sure there are some people who would be interested in seeing this:

I found an article that compared all the graphical settings of Crysis (DX9 and DX10). The article isn't too long, since it's mostly pictures, but here is one little tidbit I thought was interesting:

Also note that the beta includes an Extreme option that is greyed out as no commercially available hardware can produce the settings at a satisfactory frame rate.

Why do the trees eventually disappear in the background on the left side? Actually...wtf is going on in there? That rock on that same side moves also. lol

EDIT: Also it is incredibly sexy and I would have sex with it if I could.

Since the pictures worsen in quality as you go down, I can only assume the draw distance is lowered when you lower the graphic quality.

last night I killed someone purely by coincidence when I punched a jeep and it pinned him against the wall ... . rofl this is fun
