He could have started game 7 if they would have thrown him in game 4 instead of Wakefield, but the team and he have both said that there's a good chance that he could come in for relief if needed.

i think westbrook comes through for the tribe in game 7, he's had the best outing of all tribe pitchers so far in the ALCS

and oddly enough, it wasn't the tribe "Aces" that've pitched well this series, far from it, it's been Byrd and Westbrook, their veteran pitchers

on another note, the HP umpire was ridiculous with his strikezone for both starters, but i think it had a more durastic effect on carmona as he's a sinker baller (albeit a power sinkerballer)

With Wakefield, Beckett, and Lester available for relief in game seven, Matsuzaka's going to be on a very short leash. Boston's lineup is finally showing that it's more than a two-man show. Cleveland's offense hasn't shown up since the won game 4. I like Boston's chances at Fenway to pull this out.
