Just a complete guess, but I bet Opo's too.

Plates have always been based off what a mob does from what i've seen. (Except Chigoes and VIT plates, i dont know why they have those)

I took 500 pictures of opo-opos before giving up. Never saw it once. (Eh, was trying to get something else, not dispel attack.)

I got one from a sea mob when pankration came out, sorry I cann ot recall which mob though. It was quite possibly limbus flower since I did limbus that day and took a lot of the flower.

I've been seeking out a dispelling attack plate myself. I've taken over 140+ pictures of Tartaru Efts, and have not gotten a single Dispelling Attack plate.

Shitty luck, perhaps, but I'm willing to give something else a try.

How much FP is Dispelling Attack? Is it worth trying to get it as an innate?

Heard it came from Efts, so I told some people in my shell who wanted it.

1 guy took 80 shots, got it. So another guy went out.

Took 160 shots before he got his. So finally, i went out.

Got 1 on my fourth shot, and another on my 16th. Took 24 total.

Only diff was I used hq film with my hq camera. They all used nq film with hq camera

It depends on the period i think. Now is period of Phalanx, stoneskin, with some en-spell and bar-elemental spells so I'd say it's very worth it unless you want a higher FP skills as innate. BTW I saw it the first time today a monster's enthunder got dispelled. Until everyone change, then it's different story. I remember when this first start, everyone was having dreadspike and en-spell. Now in diablo cage i've seen so far, only 2-3 mobs have en-spell and no one use dreadspike anymore.

Yeah, nearly everyone always has Phalanx because its a good catchall that ruins enspells and spikes, and reduces a nice chunk of damage.

Endispel is pretty much the best way to combat it. Its also funny watching a fight start, and blink get dispelled before it stops even 1 swing.

any one know a mob besides T-Efts that drop this? i am on my 400'th photo and havent gotten it yet, HQ/HQ, so a mob that you can get to without a BC or NM that will kill you to take the photo?

The regular efts do too, that's where I got mine.

EDIT: I would venture to guess opo-opo's and other mobs with dispel TP moves drop it as well.

I took hundreds of pictures of opo-opos in the Jungle, and never got one. Probably not from them.

I took like 20 pictures of Wanderers right inside Promyvion and got a Dispel plate.
