I have decided that now is the time to close New Signups indefinately.

We do not have invites, and i very much doubt they will be coming back any time soon.

So if you have an account now, and you like it here, then i suggest you try to keep it. as getting in from now on will be virtually impossible.

The staff also scour invite/trading sites, and it we do catch anyone trading their account on these sites, they will be banned without any notice.

Only reason i am sending this is so i dont go back on it tommorow like i usually do.

When we do open again, not even i know the answer to that, so please dont PM staff members, or spam the forums asking.

I was banned because every time I would download something, I couldn't seed because there were already 500+ seeders. My ratio never rose, even though I would seed for months at a time.

Are you sure that's the case? The seed points system was implemented specifically to address this issue.

I've been seeding an inactive game for 13 days and its ratio still shows as .036. In fact, pretty much every game I've seeded since around last month has a really shitty ratio despite the fact that I've been seeding it 24/7.


for comparison, I downloaded Akagi DS about a week before this "cutoff" and it has a 1.4 ratio.

Meh, those of you crying about not being able to get a decent ratio can be contributed to 3 things:

1. Your tracker was banned, hence, not being able to get any Seed Points (SP henceforth).
2. You don't understand the concept of SP.
3. Some external factor we don't know.

In order to get SP, the following conditions must be met.

1. Have downloaded the torrent in its entirety.[/*:m:fb6a3]
2. Your ratio must be lower than 1:00 for the torrent in question.[/*:m:fb6a3]
3. Before getting any points, your torrent must be active a total of 72 hours. It's cumulative, so you can stop the torrent and continue later.[/*:m:fb6a3]
4. The torrent must have a 20:1 ratio of seeders and leechers respectively.[/*:m:fb6a3]
5. You will only get points for up to 2 torrents.[/*:m:fb6a3]

Once you've met the conditions above, you will earn 5 SP unless you are > poweruser. 5 points are issued every 15 min your torrent is active. All torrents need a certain amount of SP in order for you to get completion (read: ratio 1:1).

If you do all that shit you should be ok, I don't know how to explain it clearer than that >_> Good luck~

SPU, been a member for half a year, have downloaded lots of shit and I still have a 3.5ish ratio with my upload being capped at 35. (<3 Vade)

1 more thing, you cant seeds more than the number allowed by your class to get seed points

User and Power User is 5 active seeds and 10 for Super Power User

So glad I got invited to blackcats when I did. Best game tracker around, period.

This has to be the EASIEST site to gain ratio on. I have no idea why you guys are complaining. I downloaded Halo2, never even played it, but it's gotten me over 20gigs of ratio (and my max upload speed is 45kb/s!) and someone is always downloading from me on it. That's not even counting seeding points. Like the above poster said, make sure your client isn't banned and you're gold, just keep seeding overnight and as often as possible. I have a 7.5 ratio and rising on my crappy connection, it really isnt that hard.
