Thanks for all the kind words! Got offered 25M for it right off the bat from a JP. The offer took me a little off guard because i never had any intentions of selling. /envy ! I've been trying to HQ that lately along with quite a few other items and I'm on a horrendous dry streak. Good thing is now breaks on the streak but no HQ's either. If I were you I'd take the 25M not many things have such high value and profit in this never ending deflationary economy anymore.

I just sold one on Phoenix Q________Q. Those are actually rather easy to HQ haha. Took quite a while to sell though, no one wanted it Q_Q.

I'm debating on wether or not to craft my own Blessed Trousers and Mitts +1 due to the high cost of the synth. I asked 2 other clothcrafters I know to try to make them, and if they did I would buy them so they didn't have any kind of trouble selling them. I just can't bring myself to buy shitloads of galetea to lose 80k per NQ on a tier 0 synth.

Hah, I need to recoup all my lost funds. If you have gil to play with, we can synth up some shinings over and over! Mayhaps in the meantime I can interest you (and about 30 other people) in signed NQ Errant bodies!

I self signed synthed Blessed Mitts +1 and Trousers +1. Here's my view- the only people making them en masse and people skilling on them (and not HQing normally) or people trying to HQ (normally for themselves, like myself). If by accident they get a +1 (like when I made a second mitts), they'll sell it for an outrageous price.

Baring the luck of TSM (perhaps I have stolen his luck for my own), you can hope to hit HQ between 10-50 (I've been 1/10, 2/23, 1/40 on Tier0). So do the math, can you handle the craft/sell/buy/repeat phase and will it be less than the price of buying a HQ? Yea, I know, you know all that jazz. I just prefer to never depend on the AH or bazaars. Which is why (cause my leathercrafter hasn't been on in 15 forevers) I am having a hard time getting a pair of sweet Blessed Pumps +1 like you!
