there are situations where the cuffs might be the preferred choice over zenith+1. it's a balance of 1 mab and 30 mp, vs 5 macc and 55 HP. as a taru, there are situations where i must be more mindful of my HP than most and try to avoid my zenith mitts to protect my ass (notable example: salvage. 330 HP or so doesn't go a long way when you're whittling it away with zenith) so there are times when the morg will be the prefered choice. do remember that morg are not only for nuking though. they carry a nice boost to all magic accuracy and for blm hands which lack any enfeebling magic gear for the hands slot for non-conquest regions (<3 my master casters. ^^) they offer that value too. not having the HQ zenith simplifies this problem for me, but even if i did, i wouldn't claim that the morg cuffs had no application. also, consider the value of 1 mab. i'd guess you'd gain about 7 damage tacking on 1 MAB to a 1,000 damage nuke for a .7% increase in damage (not tabulating losses to resists). assuming that the 5 macc moved resist rates from 2% to 1% (i'm completely making up numbers here b/c there are SO many variables. use this for a LOGICAL example only, not for a numerical.) this would produce a 500*.01/1000=.5% increase in damage, using these supposed values. this at least shows that the gap likely isn't that titanic between the two and they can be considered fairly comparable for nuking. just my 2c. anyway, back on topic.
All subcrafts at 60, used synthesis support from smithing belt then zoned into mog house.
Had moglification:smithing, +2 smithing from equip and +1 goldsmithing from glasses. Facing west (I know, lulz).
Adaman sheets costs about 100k, gold ingot at 16k. Gem cuisses are very hard to sell :(

Main reason I think people keep their mules name secret would be so they can spam synths, undercut like a mofo and never get those random /tell's yelling at them for ruining "XXX" item on the AH.
