And nothing? Chance to hq t0 is somewhere around 1/64. Given that you've just T0'd a synth, you have a 1/64 chance to T0 that synth back-to-back. Not impossibly rare...in fact, given that the rate of Luciola's synthing, he'll probably witness this phenomenon every few months on average.

Given enough randomness there are people who are going to seem unnaturally lucky/unlucky. It's unrealistic to expect everyone to have average returns. Cue picture of that taru going 5/20 on cursed mitts -1, or my 7/8 on t2 staves, my 11/12 on black capes +1 or any number of my 1/16 runs on t2 staves.
