Not quite useless. The names on this list are going to be included in a bunch of STF reports. So the people who are coordinating their bots in-game or doing anything else detectable by Square are going to disappear. I know most people think the STF is a joke, but I can state with some confidence from personal experience that reporting RMTs has definitely sped up their removal.
