According to wikipedia this episode was planned to air on Jan. 7, but got pulled. Apparently Rev. Rollo Goodlove is in it, which explains why the Freemans acted like they knew him in The S-Word.

Damnit, I didn't know that it was banned. I was really looking forward to the full episode since it had so much potential. I really hope it'll be on the Season 2 DVDs when they come out.

I agree with him not getting fired. Yeah it was wrong to use the word, but he didn't have malicious intent when he said it. I don't know what his punishment was, but I imagine it was appropriate.
