read most of that, thats like a hellhole, 1.5mil gets you jack shit and need to 5mil+ in repairs just to get a structure that you cant really use for much of anything with no access to utilities.

Yes, 1.5mil is a little more than a 20acre +indoor arena w/ 3000sq ft house property where I live. The reason its so low is because it needs alot of work. Take a look at the questions, it requires several million invested into it.

I wonder how "hero-proofed" they made it. Does it have lead lined walls to keep out Superman's X-Ray Vision? What about a dimensional shift generator to prevent the Justice League from being able to teleport in? What about a time-dampener to prevent the TARDIS from popping in?

These things are quite important when picking out a villainous lair. I just saw a hollowed out volcano on a tropical island for $1.6 mil, but it has a great anti-hero package included. (Lead lined, dimensional shift generator, time dampener, and free access to the lava men to help defend your base in case of an attack.) Not to mention that Arctic Cobra base going for $1 million that has attack polar bears included, but to be fair it is about to fall into the ocean. Don't let yourselves be suckered into the first evil headquarters that you find, it truly is a buyer's market. I hear that Dick Cheney payed $10 million for an orbital asteroid complex, that would have cost at least $25 mil before the bubble burst.
