So I just thought I would share this with you all! I recently found my DS had a cracked hinge. I take care of it and have never dropped it so I call Nintendo and they said theyd give me an extra one year warranty and would send me a shipping label so I could send the ds to them for repair. First they sent the label to the wrong address since they forget my house number. I corrected them and the label got here. I sent it the next day and it was received the same day (GOGO UPS TRACKING). They "fixed it" and sent it back. I get it 1 day after they send it and it still has the same cracked hinge... 100% the same! What should I do other than call them and tell them to do another repair on it?
