Why not, I'm not asking to be a smartass either, I'm asking out of learning is all. I mean with Samba it would interact just like a linux box on it. And my networking opinion, wouldn't that be more secure?

Last I checked Macs did have AD integration, unless I'm misinterpreting that statement.

Anyways, had my MacBook Pro for a week now, and was only now that I realized only standard MacBooks have that sexy white look. On the other hand though, those shells would likely melt considering the amount of $&#@ing heat the Pro generates on my lap playing Oblivion.......that and the Pros have a more professional look to them, which I'm starting to now like.
(shame its battery life is still crap, but regardless, loving the thing, makes a great {expensive} portable DVD player with its screen, kill time between my classes)

As far as the Macbook Pro's go, is there a huge difference inbetween the ATI 256mb card and the one that comes with the Nvidia 256mb card?

They have two both with the glossy screen and the one with the Nvidia is a 2.4ghz and the ATI is a 2.33ghz obviously thats a difference but the price between the two is almost 300 bucks.

Sorry for the barrage of questions; I'm just making sure that if I'm dropping that kind of cash, I get the best I can.
