How does fatigue work with large fish? It appears in the past 2 or 3 days ferry fishing that I've hit the cap after catching like 15 gugrus. I always thought the fatigue before hitting 200 fish just made casting and fishing more difficult, not kill it off completely. The last successful bite I had was a line snap on a gugru.

I mean, I've always canceled lines of fish I didn't want before and could still catch more. And I've caught many more Liks without being boned like this.

And I'm pretty sure if I included line snaps I still wouldn't have hit 200 fish.

Line snaps dont count as far as I remember. You probably used a job under level 20 by accident. I have fished up 213 (this seems to be my new cap since getting ebisu) cave cherax many times.

So Kalkanbaligi has yet to drop, and has anyone tested a Mola Mola? (I would myself but updates are always extremely slow. No lag in game, just sloooow updating)

Any other legendaries the jury is still out on?

Went ahead and looked. Other legendaries that were not on the Inside the Belly list which haven't been debunked are armored pisces and titantic sawfish.

Others I'd like to test: Pterygotus, and Turnabligi. Friend is going to try Garpike. May also try a Gigant Octopus, for the hell of it. So far this has been very underwhelming.

I got a new quest in the alchemy guild from the guy who used to give me standard support.

Can anyone check the NPC's at the fishing guild? Wishful thinking says that the new aprons could be reward from a quest, if all guilds have a new quest added like Alchemy...

Yes, I have Apron, weapon and furniture. This is on a mule though, so I can't really run to Graugberg easily like he asks me too.

I'm at work, so I'm limited to what I can do on breaks and stuff, hoping (but it's probably not going to happen) that each guild got a quest to upgrade their apron..

Edit: the quest he gave me was alchemy related, which is what fuels the fires... he said something about my future being bright as an alchemist, so I'm hopeful.

Yeah, I'm wondering if those quests are unlocked by owning the current aprons. I will test it tonight when I get online, since I have high cooking and fishing skill, but have only bought the cooking apron so far.

Talked to every single npc in port windy fishing guild and I didn't get any quest...although I only have the apron. Unless there's a pre-req like you need apron + furniture or have spent a certain amount of GP.

I am really hoping it is a quest or something (that requires the old apron), because that would totally give me a reason to buy the Fishing Apron. Let us know what you find out.
