I am really hoping it is a quest or something (that requires the old apron), because that would totally give me a reason to buy the Fishing Apron. Let us know what you find out.

I don't think any of the synergy stuff will be available till the future update.

And as for my fatigue issue, no I wasn't on a level <20 job and yes it was fatigue, I tried armored pisces for 30 minutes, then port san d for like 10 mins, not a single bite. But I won't worry about it much.

Zaldon's new items seem pretty dull so far. I hope there's something cool hidden there somewhere.

I got to do the MMM fishing twice so far, 1/2 on win. No ring yet but it is pretty fun. Posted details of my runs in the MMM thread in Advanced. Its basically a race against the Rivalry brothers.

Friend just pointed something out to me, when you trade marlins you can get 2 different items (B and P chart) so I guess there's a slim possibility that we can obtain more than 1 potential "drop" from the new fish. Like Lapiz is the nq while a star sapphire is the hq which is more rare. Wyvern skin > Amemet Skin, etc. While I don't necessarily believe it I guess I'm being lame and hoping...

Just won two MMM fishing runs. Went duo with another 100 fisher he has esubu I have Lu's (damned Liks!)

On my run I placed Lost and Found and Conditioning contract. We won with no issues. I got an Emperor fish and 2 sandfish for my prize.

My friend (Hi Krish!) went with a totally blank maze. It was a closer run as we have mobs being a pain hovering around us where ever we went. But we won. He Got a Red Terripan and two Shining Trout.

It's two squares and Water element.

Clearly this will let us go for saltwater fishies.

Things we learned:


It's clear that when a pond stops sparking there are no fish. Move to a new place.

You can turn in a Pugil if you get one, you can turn in a Crab ONLY after you have a good fish to turn in. A Slime will eat a good fish if you have one on you when you catch it.

The brothers are just as annoying as ever. And they treat their sister badly!
