I suck, I just checked and don't even have 100 marbles to start a new tablet. I think it's cheaper to copy one? If anyone on Odin doesn't mind letting me copy a rune drop me a /tell in-game or PM here it'd be greatly appreciated. Or if you don't want to put your rune up for copy let me know when you're going and I'll help so I can acquire 100 marbles eventually.

Cool thanks, I'll be on tomorrow late afternoon/evening (Thu). I'll hit you up if you're around. If anyone on here knows how to put a maze up for copy feel free to point us in the right direction. Otherwise I'll do some wiki reading tomorrow while at work.

It costs some marbles to put the maze up on the npc (stays until server goes down/maintenance/etc), then it costs 500gil to buy it from the npc, and you can use it 5 times before you have to rebuy it.

Chances are someone's already put something up on the npc anyway.

I probably wont be on tomorrow, come home at 7:30ish and then have salvage at 8 (x2)

i am in the same boat as cdgreg on this one i have been able to get like 49 marbles so far could i mabe get a copy also o.o; and just how do we get a copy anyway?

Think it'd be possible to solo the maze?

Last night I had a run to use, and couldn't find a partner so I decided to take a shot at soloing my maze.

I had: Motion, Might, Lost & Found, Conditioning Contract, Trial by numbers.

The brothers start with a 450 point advantage, fish fight a bit more, but as a 100 level fisherman with a Lu's I had no issues wearing them down. Needed to get to 3600 points.

I won, the Brothers at last posted score had 2900ish and were in the process of a turn in. So having the Trial by numbers rune might have saved me a loss.

My advice. Use a worm lure in the pool in the room that is to the left of the goblin room. For some reason my catch rate on Monke-Onke from there is very good, and at 500-550 each thats the winning path. You'll see black eels also for 200 each. I always turn in when I have 1 Monke-Onke, or 2 eels.

I found that fishing in the goblin room gives you a very good rate on the Black eels, but I've yet to get a Monke-Onke there. So perhaps some catches are pool specific.

I had to reposition myself and take care going to turn ins thanks to a Colberi that was about, but had no real issues.

Picked the mithra and got the Emp + two sandfish and nothing else boobie prize. At least a rune would have been nice. :/

Two high end fishermen could win this setup with zero problems every time in my mind as long as they avoid fishing up mobs. (which is easy to do if you cancel any !!! that are not Terrible feelings)

Good question. I'll pretty much be fishing on and off with my mule in Nash through out the day. I'm at 55 fish since I logged on this morning. I will see how far I get later today/tonight and let you know.

Maint was at Midday EST, which means that JP midnight was at 10am EST... Which means that your 200 counter reset at 10am... So unless y'all fished up 200 fishies in 2 hours, then idk worth testing but ya! Good question >o

I had ended up with 60 fish from JP midnight (10am for me) until maintenance time. I'll be fishing here and there from the time the servers come back up until i go to bed later or hit cap. I guess the test will be do I stop catching at 140 later or do I get 200 more, making my today total 260? Seems worth a try to me anyway.

I was able to win the MMM run pretty easily solo, but I put peon on hehe ^_^;

Just fish at the middle pond, the small really deep one (kinda reminiscent of the devil manta pond dont you guys agree?) and us the MMM meatballs.

You'll reel in a monke onke every 2-3 casts, just stick to !!! fish that give you a terrible feeling, as the rest are monsters. Its hard to stamina fish monke onkes vs mobs as the both fight and act pretty much the same.

Each one is worth 500~550 points, you'll pass the elvaan in one fish and get the win pretty easily.

Just be careful of the colobri that tends to camp that pond, I like to fish on the far right side up i nthe corner to stay away from it.

Has anyone tried trading a Kilicbaligi to Zaldon? Just curious if its possible, have yet to go try and fish any up.

Also, to all the people using a program to lag out your computer, Ive found the most effective way to do it.

Im sure we all know the old clock trick, set your clock and change it really fast on desktop and your character goes super fast.

If you do it in reverse your character goes super slow. This works absolutely amazingly for fishing, as it doesn't reduce your fps, just slows the whole thing down. Thus you dont get that annoying choppy fps from lagging programs.

Simple open up notepad and write this in it.

time 1:1:1 PM
time 12:12:12 PM

And save it as lagprogramorwhatever.cmd or .bat

Run it and you'll either go into super fast mode or bullet time. Do it a few times until your as slow as you need to be and start fishing.

Im pretty sure this is undetectable, and really is no worse than using a lag program itself, aside from how much higher quality it is using this =P

Yes, I think the pools are too. In the Goblin room Sinking minnow = giant catfish (450~495 points). Then to west 2nd pool Worm Lure and/or MMM large balls? = monke-oke. So then what's in the 3rd large pond even more west? Also I think there are small ponds to east/etc not marked on map.

Any try 3rd pond? I tried sinking minnow + minnow + MMM balls = never got anything, trying to figure out what big fish in that pond, any ideas?

You guys are using normal baits in there? I wonder what would happen if you used other baits too...

I think Im gonna try fishing with a shrimp lure for a few casts, see if I hook anything

Just did this three times (Goo triple box!)

First time: Lost because I kept getting no catch messages. --
Second/Third: Won after switching to Worm Lure in the pond to the left of Reelarik.

Nothing of consequence dropped on either winning run. q_q

@Urat: Ebisu/Shrimp Lure gave me nothing but no catches in the pond directly where the two NPC goblins are at. Unsure about any of the other bodies of water though.
