Been looking at Ryugu Titan's ID numbers and realized something, again. Everytime I use a bot it reels them in extreamly fast which tells me that the HP reduction is fast. I know when I fish normally it is challenging but when I think about it it is only challenging because of the speed of the rod going back and forth. So I looked at fish I know take a while to reel in. I know fish early on like Quus still take just as long to reel in as it did back when I was skilling off of them.
Back then I figured I would be able to reel them in faster. That wasn't the case and I see why now.
Ryugu Titan (Normal) : 2-300-120-81
Quus x1 (Normal) : 9-240-12-6
The 3rd number is a huge difference.
The first number explains 1 part of the story. Quus's number is almost 5 times higher and would make sense that it is 5 times slower going back and forth.
Not really sure what the 2nd number means, I notice changes but I'll look into it later.
The 3rd number is what this post is mainly about. For Ryugu Titan it is 120 and Quus it is 12. This explains a lot now. The higher the number the faster the HP reduction of the fish. If you ever had a bot take down a Ryugu Titan for you, one that doesn't make mistakes, it can pull one in incredibly fast that no human could do. None the less it is still pulling it in fast.
Now I know Black Sole can take a long time to pull in, around 15-20 sec.
Black Sole (Normal) : 7-240-33-16
Quus x1 (Normal) : 9-240-12-6
The rate of the rod going back and forth is reduced making it faster. the 240 is the same for some reason, again I don't know what it means yet. The HP reduction is faster but more challenging to reel in because how fast the rod is moving. And the last numbers are of course the HP recovery pushing the rod the wrong way.
So...
(--------ID1------------) - (-ID2-) - (------ID3--------) - (------ID4)-------)
Speed of the rod changing - ?????? - Rate of HP reduction - Rate of HP recovery
(Lower = Faster)............. - ?????? - (Higher = Faster).... - (Higher = Faster)
