The chart fight in Valkurm has a 100% drop rate on the Albatross Ring, and it's trigger is more common, plus MKris as previously stated. Soloable with practice and Shiva/Ramuh on correct day (and it rains triggers so don't stress a few fails). I've only pulled up 5 boxes once at the Buburimu chart fight in maybe 15 tries, and the drop rate on rings is abysmal.

PS caught 11 haks with no line snaps to start my night, woot ^^

I get them with sinking minnow while fishing noble ladies all the time. Dunno if that's best, but pretty damn common to me.

Me neither. Or until they make pebbles stack to 99 again!!! Was so mad when they changed it to 12 and the stacks I had just bought turned into 12... litterally 87 just vanish per stack

What I want to know is if the crafting recipe will change as a result, since pretty much all 99 stack items (that I know of) come in 33, 66, and 99 per synth varieties. Synths of 12 don't stack nice and neat into 99.

Did they say they were gonna let bait stack to 99? I never read update notes, I just count on the LS nimrod to spew it out as part of his constant stream of unsolicited paraphrased secondhand information... I digress.

Hope they let lures stack to 12, I always feel a little naked going into terra incognita (or perhaps more aptly, aqua incognita) with all my hopes pinned on one solitary frog lure against a sea (pun!) of potential line snappers.

Or maybe not, I have signed lures from friends <3

Officially no. Wether there has been some sort of ninja nerf in there I'd say wait a day or so to see long term bite rates

The new Ebisu skin reminds me of a hi-tech graphite golf club shaft. But with 99% less spent on graphic design.

So so far Hak fishing seems the same albeit with cooler looking rod

Edit: er maybe I was too hasty. My main seems about normal my alt is catching alot less than main when they were about the same before. But that's only over a 10-11 or so hour period so we'll see more in the days to come. 91 on main 65 on alt...

Haks seem about normal for me and my mule (both 100 skill).

Well my mule has alot less going for it. Just 100 skill crafted gear rings and stall while main has pretty much everything besides the new casket crap. Needs more time though main still more ahead than it was before this but maybe they made some stuff more effective or something. Or maybe some kind of break in skill idk.

Why is everyone assuming Haks or fishing got nerfed/changed with update? Did I miss something in the notes about fishing other than re-skinned ebisu?
