Is there a good fishing database site that is all currently up to date? I always used Great Blue but they don't have Abyssea zones and don't have Haks listed at all in Beauc.

Great blue is long dead. Wiki and this thread are probably your best resources.

Someone's upset they got beat to all the boats. Say's he's gonna report EVERYONE, which I assume also means his entire LS, procthefail, since they all fishbot, I have half a mind to tell them about this SS.

I don't know. How does he know all of his accounts didn't just get a regular ban? I don't know how you would differentiate between the two. If one of the banned characters wasn't being used for fishing, I would say there is a possibility. If they were all involved in the same thing, I don't think that can really be used as proof of IP banning.

I'm pretty sure they stopped IP bans a long time ago. Wasn't there some issue with them accidently banning a school campus and a good amount of people getting banned for no reason?

It wouldn't be surprising if they get one person afk fishing in glacier they check the zone for the same IP and follow up with them.

As far as the IP ban goes technically if I remember right there is nothing in there rules that talks about that. Well they don't actually block IPs anyways they ban characters but I don't think they list IPs as info they use to determine bannings. However they can ban you by association based on pretty much any other info you give them. Ie CC info, mailing/email address, name, etc
