Do you really use 6 stacks of meatballs a day? Also, you forgot to subtract the money you get back from cheraxes in your calculation there. Again, I didn't say ANYTHING about the retards selling it for 300k.

I could very well use 4 and start a 5th stack easy. I dont just fish one thing a day(hell I dont fish everyday).on average ill use 2 stacks a day on gugs.2 stacks on other fish(puffin ring tho iv yet to fish them in a few week rings take forever to sell) and a few stacks on CC if I go after it.

so yes I can use 6 stacks sometimes lol


even then at 40k a stack you could still be down gil if you used anything more then 4 stacks. and to get 200 a day id say a 1/2 bait average is not right.

Depends on what you call profit lol. At the price these things are dropping to every little bit counts and the money off of the trades can be somewhat signifcant. This just another nail in the coffin for not fishing them

What do I need to do before I can start trading liks and gugs to Zaldon? I don't have serpent rumors yet, I am close but want to start the trading now... do I just talk to him? Or just trade him out of the blue

Yup, skill to 28, and fame required to do all the pre-req quests

You don't need 28 skill. You need 30 total fishing skill to start the quest.

If you get 23 Fishing Skill, Advanced support (from the guild, then warp), and 4 armor pieces, that also works.

I'm @ 79 with like 70k GP, guess I need to work on fame and do all the quests then before I get 95k

No keep doing GP. 25k can easily take another 1.5 weeks or more if you get shit days. (which happens, alot). plus, fame is piss easy for selbina/mhuara. Should be able to knock out the prereqs in one day if you tried hard enough.

edit: Maybe I misunderstood you, but yeah, the prereqs are a PITA but they don't take very long. Only thing that will be a bitch is camping pirates. For my alt it took like 3 hours for pirates to pop for me.

Well This is three days in a row with 5k GP. I saved myself @ 78, that way I can level up if( Like today), the option is a jellyfish vs a silvershark. Now I am @ 75k GP

And now that last 4-5 times I've been up there I have yet to get not even one single skill up. Cock-blocked at 90 and won't go anywhere.

I've been at cherax for about 2 weeks straight now fishing wise and I've got a total of .9 skill on my mule at 96 fishing and .6 on myself at 100. Just doesn't seem to give good skill ups at all, .2 every 3-4days is about what I'm averaging...

Because you hit 90.... skillup rate drops or you didn't break the cap lol. It's perfectly normal. 100+ sucks balls too. Stop worrying the lvls barely matter anyways

If you're bitching now, 100+ will make you ragequit. Fished up probably 600+ haks since hitting 100 on my mule and she's only gotten 4 skill. Enjoy!
