Just started on haks and I've noticed I can get .3 skillups, is that specific to legendary fish? I don't recall getting anything above .2 up until this point.

Can get .3 from any fish. Just a better chance of it when the fish is significantly higher in skill.
Continuing on this: Catching 8 Cherax per 20 minutes is about average I'd say, so 10 minutes per bait is about right. So it seems like DCing/logging back in may be a viable way to manage limited bait resources. However, I'd exercise caution since SE would likely consider it as exploiting the system, and it's obvious as hell to other players that may report such activity.
I dont see it as any different bait conversion than having a second char hold fished mobs. If anything, SE will adjust it so bait is consumed upon bite instead of reel, which will cause shit to bug when bait is consumed when items are fised.
Does reactivating an account cause fishing fatigue?
If you had any character active it would have been active for at least a month which satisfies the 2 week condition. The only other thing that caused super fatigue was being lower than level 20 so as long as the character(s) you're reactivating are above that, you should be fine.
I had my time run out, and reactivated the next day, and was seemingly hit with fishing fatigue on my main character. I guess maybe it was just some crazy bad luck, but I had well over 30 casts with no bite (as in no items no monsters no nothing, trying to get grimmonites for GP) in a row after catching 15 haks.
I have no jobs below 70, so it wasn't the sub level 20 thing.
Looks like they fixed crocs. can lvl off them now probably to 110.
Refresh my memory, what bait do you catch Abaia with?
Sinkers work too![]()
What would you folks consider a fair price for a guaranteed Shaper's Shawl? It is someone I trust not to lie about not getting the Shawl and then selling the fish on a mule.
