I'm 0/614 on Lik.

I've stopped twice due to depressing results. It's just not worth it.

And i'm 0/3 on Gugru.. because there's no hope in gugru if you can't even get part one done.

I got my Opal Silk 1/4 like I posted before, that's the only reason I was able to keep going with the Gugru's, if I had never obtained Opal silk I would have given up at like 200 gugru's lol

Is there good money to make inside nashmau? Cause talacca cove is decent, with the equivalent of breams , sole ( dil) and ahtapots. Was 30k an hour when I did it back 1 year ago. I'd go for shall shells till 53 and trumpet shells till 63 if I had to restart fishing. Then squids or just talaca cove NPCing. Its fun how soles sell as much to the AH than NPCs...

I've been skilling in Nashmau for a while and it's not too bad. Pterygotus NPCs for 780g each. I'm always targetting these only, but I think you can also target Mercanbaligi that NPCs for ~600g each iirc.

Tallaca Cove is slightly better for gil. Dil is good money as long as your server's cooks know they're like soles...sounds dumb but on Lakshmi most cooks don't buy these at all.

hmm laksmi fishermen are as dumb as mines then, since sole NPC for slightly less than 9k a stack, and to up to 12 k a stack at the guild;o

Question : Beside Gugrusaurus and Lik, do you guys know about good alternative to Titanictus and Ryugu Titans on the boat to do 99-100 ?

nashmau is pretty much the same as talacca except you cant catch dil. On the upside npcs are right there to sell the fish. I find the bite rate to be slightly better in talacca though.

May i suggest Cave Cherax. Not on the boat but bite rate in Quicksand Caves is amazing compared to other 100 fish. Kuftal tunnel also has them and you can also catch Devil Manta. Lu + MEatball works.

I tried Cave Cherax in Kuftal about a month ago, at ~89-90. It was a great biterate indeed, but I didn't get a single skillup in a full week of fishing hundreds of these ; ; And that was with full-time Pelican ring too. So I basically put this on my "places to try if boat doesn't work" list :/

Just did a little more research on Great Blue, and so far on my "to try just in case it's faster than boat fishing" list I have Giant Chirai in Boyahda Trees, and Takitaro in Misareaux Cost. I may also try Turnabaligi in Bhaflau Thickets/Wajaom Woodlands.

armored pisces , in oldton marvolpolos, and they wont break lushang which is nice.

These are what I'd recommend, bite rate/skill up rate is decent and they sell for close to 1k each, only down side is they're not stackable.

If you ever really want to think about Ebisu rod, nothing will make you realize you've skilled up fast than targeting Lik/Gugru, I mean. You'll hit 100 faster than you ever dreamed compared to the investment coming.

If you aren't, which it sounds like. Quicksand Caves Cave Cervax or Armored Pises. It might seem longer, but both are half-decent money and you still get a fair chunk of change.

To the 1/4 Lik guy:
No doubt in my mind if I had just one of the items, just one, I would have fished for years to get the 2nd. But knowing individuals have gone 0/1k+, and I haven't even tasted half of the work... and already being almost double over the average, I don't blame myself :3. Maybe i'll start it up again soon. Maybe.

I'm not after Ebisu, because :
- I suck at reeling in har fish.
- I don't feel like trying to get both rings.
- I don't need an unbreakable rod at all, Lu Shang works since I fish for profit only.

My only goal right now is getting to 100 in the next few weeks. I was kinda giving up after being stuck at 91.x for 3 weeks without a single skillup. But getting 4 level in 3 days this week cheered me up a lot =) At 95.1 now.

The only reason I did it for was achievement.

Don't get me wrong, I really respect that. People who spend weeks or even months fishing hundreds or thousands of hard catches to get both items can be proud of them, it's something big, just as 100%-self-funding a relic is big. I'm just not into hardcore fishing that much

i have a question about this bro, i'm currently 92.3.... i've been doing black sole/ cave cherax for the sake of variety, both bite rates SUCK SUCK SUCK. such as today i fished for 30 min, 8 bites, caught 3 due to line snapping (boo) and black sole is like 13/hr (so many items/monsters to catch), so how often would you think these bite?
