Anyone got any idea on the new fishing stuff? 3 new fish in Reisenjima I guess? I haven't had the time to try bait though. Unsure of what new "inside the belly" fish is either.

How and where do you get Far East Puffer. Can you fish up Voidsnapper or something?

Used some good detective skills and found out how to get Far East Puffer. First, the Japanese name is "Neo Takitaro" so I looked for Takitaro bait. Then I kind of fished everywhere and found a darkness bubble. I fished in it and got an "epic catch" message. Bingo! However, it disappeared! What is this, moving pop locations for fish? Yes! The one I found was in the river that goes to #9 and it disapppeared at 21:00. The next one was found in the pond with the mosquitoes and yes they aggro and like to be right in the middle of the bubble. I believe they are sight aggro but i may be mistaken. That one depopped at 4:00 and I couldn't find the other one.

It is the new Zaldon fish. You get 735 gil when traded. NPC for 1,499 gil. I traded two of them and didn't get anything yet.

The one in the south river is 16:00 to 21:00 and mosquito pond one is 21:00 to 4:00. It seems steady every game day. I have yet to find more darkness bubbles that you can fish in.

Fly Lure is best I think.

The one at E-10 is like 5 or 6 start time to 11:00. You fish on the west side of the bridge.

I got the Zaldon item. It is Stinky Subligar. I dunno if there is a better item or not from Zaldon. I do not know of its usage.

Wonder if there is more to that subligar. I mean all that work for something that would've been bad at lvl 1 when the game came out seems suspicious

The bubble at the E-10 bridge starts at 6:00 and does disappear at 11:00

I could be unlucky, but the bubble at the pond constantly gives me "didn't catch anything"

Do you fish directly ontop of the bubble or a few steps back ?

On the east river, I felt I was too close and as soon as I backed away slightly I got hook's, could have been coincidental though.

Thoughts on the pond?

Got the stinky subligar...looking at the new items, it makes sense that this can be turned into the Dashing Subligar, but no clue how.
