I recall seeing on otherwiki a page copypastad from update page by SE on fish ranking.

It had a picture of average size of some race, maybe 2, think it was taru and a garka? or maybe taru and mithra, then a couple fish showing their relative size in lms.

I recall working out the math and realizing that the megalodon is as large and weighs as much as an airship... I kind of want to make a pic of relative sizes of a large number of fish.

Probably Taru->mithra->Garka->Gugra Tuna->Brontosaurus->Megalodon->Airship->Matsya

I did some math, if a mithra is 10 lms, wide, according to pic shes roughly 50 lms tall...

Thus, a matsya 4K lms long is roughly 90 mithra long, or a little longer than an airship.

So I'd say that giant fish in the pic is pretty clsoe to the size of a larger matsya.... o.o;

You'll be very borderline. The size ranges you can find aren't all that accurate. I've seen huge differences in the last few contests. My rule of thumb is if I'm not within 10 of the end of the range, I keep trying for a better one. Even then, it's a crapshoot. I finished 27th 2 cycles ago and I was only 7 away from the reported edge of the range.

yeah i was looking at some rankings where they were wayyy above the reported cap, but since alot of people fish marlin for the charts i was thinking they would be more accurate... just hoping i can get a bigger one so i can go back to skilling ;;
